工作经历
2004年-2009年,在武汉大学历任讲师、副教授;
2009年至今,在中国科学院武汉植物园历任副研究员、研究员。

2020年至今,植物科学学报、亚热带植物科学,编委
长期从事植物繁殖生态学研究。主要包括:1)从繁殖成功的角度理解植物花的多样性;2)从传粉者介导的相互作用认识和理解群落构建和物种共存;3)从传粉互作发生的式样和机制出发,探索提升城市或农业生态系统的稳定性或生产力。研究在Ecology Letters、Ecology、Journal of Ecology、Oecologia、Plant Diversity、Annals of Botany、Journal of Systematics and Evolution等期刊发表论文近50篇,参编出版专著1部、国家级教材1本。
先后主持国家自然科学基金青年、面上项目、湖北省自然科学基金项目、湖北省科技厅国际合作项目等合计近10项。
