2024年-2025年,在牛津大学做访问学者;
2014年至今,在中国科学院植物研究所历任助理研究员、副研究员。
长期从事植物花器官发育与育性决定分子机制研究。研究工作聚焦于植物生殖器官的身份决定、育性调控及适应性进化等核心科学问题,主要包括:1)花器官身份决定及其进化发育机制;2)植物育性决定的分子调控网络;3)陆地植物生殖细胞起源和演化的分子基础。研究成果为深入理解陆地植物关键创新性状的起源演化、被子植物花器官的发育与多样化以及基因家族进化与同源基因功能分化提供了重要的理论基础。在Trends in Plant Science,The Plant Cell,Journal of Integrative Plant Biology,Plant Physiology,The Plant Journal,Journal of Experimental Biology,Plant and Cell Physiology等期刊发表论文近20篇。授权专利1项。
