2016年-2019年，在中国科学院昆明植物研究所从事博士后研究工作；
2019年至今，在中国科学院昆明植物研究所任副研究员。

长期从事山地生物多样性与生态系统功能研究。主要包括：1）海拔梯度群落构建和生物多样性维持机制；2）海拔梯度生物多样性与生态系统功能关系。研究在New Phytologist，Ecology Letters，Ecology等期刊发表论文50余篇。2021年入选中国科学院青年创新促进会，2022年入选“兴滇英才计划”青年人才。
